The Appalachian

Located on the second floor, this deluxe room is like staying in a luxury chalet! A two-directional view overlooks our wooded acres. Curl up on our comfy bench in front of the electric fireplace to read or watch a flick from a 65' Roku TV. Features a spacious hybrid king bed, ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, turkish towels, terry robes, mini-fridge and Keurig.
Sleeps 2- Adults or children 10+. NO PETS.

Bird Nest

Perched at the top of our elegant staircase on the second floor, this quaint room is a true haven of tranquility. Playfully themed with birds and antiques  paired with a contemporary farmhouse design make a delightful blend of charm and modern sensibilities. The classic clawfoot tub with shower is the perfect way to soak and unwind. A private access opens to the upper deck where you can lounge at your own bistro table and gaze over the veranda.

Features a comfy hybrid queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, 50' Roku TV, turkish towels, terry robes, mini-fridge and Keurig.

River Retreat

Located on the second floor, our most spacious suite features two adjoining rooms that take you on a journey down the river. Perfect for couples or family to enjoy extra space, or travelers who need a dedicated workspace. Don't want to share a bed? No problem. The couch also converts into a queen, and the two bunks are extra cozy. Envelop yourself in a plush bathrobe and step into your private ensuite bathroom. Float on peaceful waves of tranquility in a soothing jetted tub with shower. A private access opens to the upper deck where you can lounge at your own bistro table and gaze over the veranda.

Features a luxurious hybrid queen bed and additional sleeping spaces in adjoining room with a bunk bed and sleeper couch that converts, a Roku TV, turkish towels, terry robes, mini-fridge and Keurig. Single traveler discount available if only renting the main room.

Sleeps 4- Adults or children 10+. NO PETS. Additional guests over 2 will be charged $20 each guest per night.

50's Drive-In

Located on the second floor, our retro room takes you back to the nostalgia of a 1950's drive-in theater! Recreate the fun as you watch your favorite flick on a 120" projector screen. During intermission, watch kernels pop in our old-fashioned pop-corn machine and enjoy on our 50's diner pub table. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a giant two-person jetted tub (no shower), period-style make-up vanity, original vintage sink, turkish towels, and terry robes. The room includes retro mini-fridge and Keurig.

Lady Rosa Suite

Our most elegant room is inspired by the towns own Berkeley Castle and the captivating owner Rosa Suit, with lavish detail that will bring you back into the Gilded Age. Located on the first floor, this room is designed to be ADA accessible, with a double-door shower, modified sink, and extra wide doors. This luxurious room will make your special someone feel like the king or queen of the castle complete with cozy fireplace, ROKU 85" screen TV, and a spacious walk in shower, and a private table for two.
